Arrival Process: E-visa & Visa-Free Visitors
1. Immigration Checkpoint

Upon disembarking, proceed to the “Immigration” or “Passport Control” area. Present your passport and printed e-visa (if applicable). An officer will stamp your passport with your entry date and authorized duration of stay.

2. Baggage Claim
Collect your checked luggage. Click for details.
After clearing immigration, find your flight on the information displays to locate the correct baggage carousel and collect your luggage.
3. Customs Inspection
Proceed through the Green or Red lane. Click for details.
With your luggage, go to customs. Use the Green Lane if you have nothing to declare. Use the Red Lane if you have items that exceed duty-free limits or require declaration.
4. Airport Exit

Arrival Process: Visa on Arrival (VOA) Holders
1. Landing Visa Counter
Crucial first step. Get your visa processed here. Click for checklist.
You must get your visa sticker here before proceeding to immigration. Prepare the following:
- Visa Approval Letter
- Completed NA1 Form
- One 4×6 cm passport-sized photo
- Cash (USD or VND) for stamping fee ($25 single, $50 multi-entry)
Major Delay Point

2. Immigration Checkpoint
